The 2020 Bram Stoker Awards® Final Ballot

Yesterday morning, while I was at the hospital getting a glucose tolerance test, the Horror Writer’s Association released this year’s Bram Stoker Awards® Final Ballot, and I am so incredibly happy to announce that THE BONE CARVER is nominated for Superior Achievement in a Young Adult Novel!

The 2020 Bram Stoker Awards® Final Ballot 1

I never expected to be nominated this year, mostly because the other books were so freaking good and I’ve been a teensy bit absent. Nevertheless, it’s such an honor to have my name recognized alongside such talented authors, and seeing as this book is so dear to my heart, I’m just … stoked!

Thank you so very much to everyone who made this a reality for me.

I would also like to say CONGRATULATIONS to all the other nominees on this achievement! I’ve read many of the books on this list and I have to say it’s one of the strongest final ballots I’ve seen in years. So, dear readers, if you’re looking for a horror fix to keep the cold at bay, then look no further than this list. 😉
